Roles & Responsibilities Own and maintain business rules for commercial and digital datasets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational data standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, forecasting, and therapeutic area stakeholders to understand business requirements and support the design of data and analytics solutions Support the design and development of new data products from scratch, enabling scalable and reusable solutions across the Commercialization Support identification, evaluation, and onboarding of US commercial and healthcare datasets (e.g., claims, sales, payer datasets). Apply SQL, Python, and analytical techniques to explore pharma datasets, support use case development, generate insights, and develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for brand performance tracking and analytics delivery. Collaborate with data ingestion and engineering teams to ensure proper integration of datasets (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony), including basic data validation and quality checks. Support automation and innovation efforts by leveraging scalable frameworks and GenAI tools to improve efficiency in analytics delivery. Support data governance responsibilities across commercialization and digital datasets, including documentation, stewardship, and compliance Contribute to enterprise data migration efforts to the Databricks platform, supporting UAT activities and validating business rules post-migration Skills and Competencies Strong understanding of healthcare and US commercial data sources (e.g., claims, sales, payer datasets) and their application in analytics use cases Proficiency in data pre-processing, cleaning and transformation techniques to ensure data quality and compatibility for analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets Solid communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts and findings Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and interpretation
