Requirements

• At least 5+ years' experience in a creative agency or similar.
• Expert in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.
• Proficient with After Effects, Blender, Houdini, or Cinema 4D is a plus.
• Proven experience with logo/lockup creation, packaging design, and digital design with a strong portfolio to back it up.
• Ability to successfully manage time, process, and workflow with little supervision.
• Organized and able to work in a manner that allows collaboration with the team.
• Ability to work with strategic and creative people in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be incredibly receptive to feedback and adaptive to change.
• This position will be based in Boulder, Colorado.

This passionate and hardworking person will work across all agency clients on a variety of design work, including branding, digital, packaging, OOH, experiential, and 360 campaigns.
