We are looking to recruit students aged 18-25, as well as individuals who have recently graduated. The role: We're looking for a creative and motivated volunteer to support the service in increasing its social media presence. You will play an important role in promoting the work of our service, sharing positive stories, and helping us connect with a wider audience online, whilst ensuring all communications reflect our brand and safeguarding standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing visuals, writing engaging posts, and helping amplify the voices of individuals and communities affected by drug and alcohol use. Tasks may include: Creating visual content using Canva for use on social media and internal communications Drafting and scheduling posts to promote service activities, awareness campaigns, and community engagement Collaborating with staff, client users and volunteers to gather content, quotes, stories and creative ideas to be shared on social media. Help shape and develop a unified online identity that attracts and engages a broad range of followers Supporting occasional campaigns or themed content (e.g. Alcohol Awareness Week, World Mental Health Day, Recovery Month) Adhering to data protection, safeguarding, media consent, social media policy and brand guidelines The team would appreciate a minimum of 4 hours in any of the following Days/Times (Preferably half or full day): Monday to Friday: 9:15am to 5.15pm
