Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Conduct headhunting activities to identify and attract top talent for critical and leadership roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize job portals and other sourcing channels to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' fit for the organization's culture and role requirements.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Strong headhunting skills and experience in leadership hiring.
  • Excellent interview and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate candidates effectively.
  • Proficiency in using job portals and other sourcing tools.
