Responsibilities
- Technical & Functional Advisory (Customer-Facing):

- Lead technical discussions on Oracle data structures, data formats (XML, JSON, CSV, EDI), and key data requirements with customer IT and ERP teams.
- Explain Oracle Fusion Tax (EBTax), indirect tax flows (VAT, GST, Withholding Tax), and country-specific e-invoicing compliance requirements in clear business and technical terms.
- Guide customers on Oracle Fusion Cloud and EBS R12 technical components including SQL, PL/SQL, Packages, Procedures, Functions, APIs, and relevant integration touchpoints.
- Coordinate with customer IT teams on integration architecture, technical prerequisites, security considerations, and go-live readiness.
- Solutioning & Pre-Sales
- Engage actively in pre-sales pursuits as the primary Oracle technical and functional authority - leading solution presentations, product demonstrations, and technical deep-dives with prospective customers.
- Own the end-to-end solutioning process for Oracle-related opportunities: translating customer requirements into clearly defined solution architectures, integration approaches, and implementation roadmaps.
- Develop and present compelling solution proposals that articulate the value, scope, and technical approach of proposed engagements to both business and IT stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to shape responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other competitive bids involving Oracle Fusion Cloud and EBS R12 environments.
- Conduct customer discovery workshops during the pre-sales phase to identify integration complexity, technical risks, and solution fit.
- Build and maintain reusable pre-sales assets including solution blueprints, reference architectures, and demo environments tailored to Oracle Fusion and EBS scenarios.
- Pricing & Effort Estimation
- Lead the effort estimation and scoping process for Oracle integration and implementation engagements, producing detailed, defensible work breakdown structures (WBS) and resource plans.
- Define engagement scope boundaries clearly, identifying in-scope and out-of-scope activities to support accurate commercial proposals and minimize delivery risk.
- Translate solution designs into costed delivery models, working with Practice and Commercial leadership to develop pricing that reflects both effort and risk.
- Identify and document delivery assumptions, dependencies, and risk factors that underpin effort estimates and feed into contract and SOW development.
- Continuously refine estimation models and benchmarks based on delivery outcomes, contributing to a library of estimation references for Oracle engagements.
- Subject Matter Expertise & Practice Contribution
- Act as the internal Oracle SME on integration patterns, indirect tax implementation, and e-invoicing compliance across Oracle Fusion Cloud and EBS R12.

We are seeking a highly experienced, customer-facing Enterprise Architect with deep Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS R12 Techno-Functional expertise to lead the delivery of complex implementation and integration engagements. This role sits within our Professional Services organization and serves as the primary technical and functional bridge between our customers and our internal delivery teams. You will operate at an enterprise architect level - guiding customers through the end-to-end integration of their Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle EBS R12 environments with our ONESOURCE suite of products, including Indirect Tax Determination and Pagero E-Invoicing. Beyond delivery, you will play an active role in shaping how we win and scope new business - contributing directly to pre-sales pursuits, solution design, and commercial effort estimation. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. You will be expected to work autonomously, bring deep Oracle domain knowledge, and deliver high-quality outcomes across both Indirect Tax and E-Invoicing engagements.
