As Trends and Insights Manager, you will sit at the heart of this team, leading social media analytics and trend intelligence for the L'Oreal Groupe account across 32 of the world's most iconic beauty brands. Reporting into the WPP Beauty Tech Labs leadership team, you will translate complex data into clear, compelling insights that shape influencer marketing strategies and content decisions at the speed of culture. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes social media trends, understands the nuances of the beauty category, and brings the analytical rigour and genuine curiosity to back it up. You will own social media analytics and trend reporting across a portfolio of 32 L'Oreal Groupe brands, including Maybelline, Lancome, L'Oreal Paris, and Kerastase, among others Weekly trend and insights reports will be delivered directly to both the WPP Beauty Tech Labs team and L'Oreal stakeholders, requiring confident and polished client-facing communication The role works across creative and strategy teams, division leads, L'Oreal advocacy teams, and brand managers, making cross-functional collaboration central to how you operate day to day You will lead influencer campaign measurement, tracking ROI, engagement, reach, and brand perception impact to inform future investment and strategic planning Sitting at the intersection of beauty, social media, and data, this role demands someone who can move at the pace of culture, adapt quickly to emerging platforms, and challenge conventional thinking with evidence
