  • Facilitate global investigation support for security, safety, and HR incidents via enterprise video management system
  • Provide support globally for security oversight requests via enterprise video management system
  • Monitoring of Local Safety and Security Management Systems (25%)
  • Coordinate dispatch of local security officers to incident locations
  • Enable monitoring of cameras and investigation assistance
  • Organize audits of access control and critical alarms
  • Facilitate monitoring and response to life safety, duress devices, and fire system alarms
  • Special Project Work (25%)
  • Assist with special projects and analyses that support Global Security and business initiatives
  • Analyze security incident data to forecast risk and develop security risk mitigation strategy recommendations
  • Conduct travel risk management activities and coordination within APAC region as assigned
  • Local Security Technology Support (10%)
  • Assist with the provisioning and de-provisioning of local badge access
  • Troubleshoots security system software issues and escalates as appropriate
