Responsibilities

  • Handle partial set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
  • Process supplier invoices, payments, staff claims, and customer billings accurately and promptly.

  • Diploma qualification in a related field of study.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, HR, or administration.
  • Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
