Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Operation Manager and your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Direct and manage food court according to company SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Advice and support tenants on their operational needs and service consistency
- Ensure daily sales are accurate | Timely reconciliation
- Recruit, train and supervise staff

Requirements
- Candidate must possess minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in F&B industry
- Attention to detail, ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Processes excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and ability to work under pressure
- Communication & Leadership skills, staff development
- Conflict & time management and good organizational skills
