Job Title: Paediatric Occupational Therapist - Social Care Location: Islington Pay Rate: Up to £35 per hour Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support the delivery of adult social care through timely and effective initial assessments for its client based in Islington. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to children and families by providing specialist assessments and interventions within the community. What will your responsibilities be? Conduct DFG (Disabled Facilities Grant) assessments and manage Major Adaptations cases. Complete Home Safety Equipment assessments to ensure safe and independent living. Triaging referrals and prioritising cases effectively. Prepare detailed Rehousing Reports to support housing adaptations and relocation needs. Work collaboratively with families, social workers, and housing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
