- Highly organized and systems-oriented; you naturally bring structure to fast-moving environments
- Comfortable managing multiple roles at once without sacrificing quality or attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relentlessly hardworking, resourceful, and committed to finding and winning the best talent
- Strong judgment and ability to represent Turnkey with professionalism and warmth
- Deep interest in startups, technology, and helping great people find meaningful work

- Existing network within fintech, crypto, or developer-focused companies
