Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth technology company
  • Proven track record of successfully closing candidates across technical and business functions
  • Highly organized and systems-oriented; you naturally bring structure to fast-moving environments
  • Comfortable managing multiple roles at once without sacrificing quality or attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Relentlessly hardworking, resourceful, and committed to finding and winning the best talent
  • Strong judgment and ability to represent Turnkey with professionalism and warmth
  • Deep interest in startups, technology, and helping great people find meaningful work
  • Style points
  • Existing network within fintech, crypto, or developer-focused companies
  • Strong understanding of compensation benchmarking and offer strategy
  • Experience implementing or improving ATS workflows, specifically with Ashby
  • A natural storyteller who can convey Turnkey's mission and values authentically
