The role of a Property Officer (Township) will work closely with the Property Manager to provide excellent support to estate residents in executing daily estate inspections to ensure high quality standard of horticultural, maintenance and implement improvement works, including but not limited to the following: To provide supervision and ensure that all repair and routine maintenance works undertaken by the contractors are carried out properly and completed satisfactorily in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract. Schedule and ensure breakdown, preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out effectively. Perform regular inspections and handle enforcement work at the common property areas and to ensure that such common property is in satisfactory and serviceable condition and properly maintained according to the standards required by the relevant authorities and to recommend any works which are necessary. Manage and attend to residents/tenants' feedback as well arrears cases. Certify completion of jobs undertaken by contractors and to make recommendation for payment thereof. To co-ordinate all consultancy works on maintenance matters performed by professional consultants and apply and obtain all necessary licenses and certificates from the relevant authorities where necessary. Responsible of investigate, check and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your Manager.
