About the role

As a Creative Director, you'll be the visionary leader who sets the creative direction, inspires innovation, and ensures all visual elements align with the brand strategy. Your role includes but is not limited to the following - Develop compelling creative strategies that propel our clients towards their communications goals. Develop out-of-the-box creative solutions to briefs and client challenges and make compelling presentations. Oversee the creation of engaging and effective content across multiple channels, including digital platforms, social media, print materials, and events. Monitor the performance of creatives for optimisation. Build and manage client relationships, including presenting creative strategies and proposals with confidence and clarity Ensure exceptional creative output and foster the professional development of the creative team Responsible for pitching creative ideas to potential clients and contributing to new business development efforts. We are looking for a Visionary Leader: You'll be the mastermind behind clients' visual identity. You'll develop cutting-edge creative concepts, translate them into clear strategies, and ensure they resonate with the target audience and achieve the communications objectives. Strategic Thinker: You'll collaborate cross-functionally in the agency to understand clients' goals and translate them into actionable creative strategies. This may involve incorporating new trends and technologies in the industry to stay ahead of the curve, bring best practices and thought leadership into the agency. Master communicator: Possesses exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Seasoned People Manager: As a leader, you'll motivate, inspire, and guide a team of talented creatives including art directors, creatives, copywriters, and multimedia specialists. You'll provide constructive feedback, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Stakeholder Management Guru: Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and other stakeholders is crucial. For clients, you'll actively listen to their needs, understand their brand vision, and translate it into impactful creative solutions. For stakeholders, this will include close collaboration to get to your goal. You'll also effectively present your ideas and secure client buy-in. Budget Planner: You'll have a solid understanding of budgets and resource allocation. You'll be able to manage creative teams and resources effectively to ensure maximum return on investment. Business Savvy Leader: While creativity is essential, a business-focused mindset is also important. You'll understand the importance of ROI, agency brand positioning, and how creative work contributes to the agency's overall business goals. You will also represent the agency when it comes to creative-led communications. Only applicants based in Singapore, with more than 8 years of creative leadership role within an agency environment will be considered. Strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence, strategic thinking, and innovation is required. Photography and illustration skills are a plus.
