Requirements
- Bachelor or master's degree in business management (or equivalent).
- 10+years of experience in sales and regional leadership roles.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate cross-cultural teams.
- Strong knowledge of the ASEAN market and its industry landscape.
- Back ground in the automotive industry is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Japanese (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
- Able to start on short notice.
Additional Information
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to develop Automotive & Industrial business across ASEAN. This role involves coordinating with our Japan headquarters and other global locations, while also taking responsibility for formulating and executing business strategies by country and product, primarily across the ASEAN region. It also drives company growth through the acquisition of new customers. This role is critical for driving company strategy, business strategy and functional strategy, develop new customers and working closely within Japan HQ, the regional and Asean countries.
