Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide clinical oversight and ensure treatment plans are implemented effectively
  • Supervise, support, and mentor RBTs, BTs, and ABA Paraprofessionals
  • Review and analyze client data to guide treatment decisions and monitor progress
  • Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill development across environments
  • Collaborate with families, team members, and other professionals involved in client care
  • Maintain clinical documentation and treatment updates in accordance with company and funding source requirements

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed clinical decisions
  • Professional, ethical, and family-centered approach to service delivery
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining quality of care
