Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide clinical oversight and ensure treatment plans are implemented effectively
- Supervise, support, and mentor RBTs, BTs, and ABA Paraprofessionals
- Review and analyze client data to guide treatment decisions and monitor progress
- Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill development across environments
- Collaborate with families, team members, and other professionals involved in client care
- Maintain clinical documentation and treatment updates in accordance with company and funding source requirements
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed clinical decisions
- Professional, ethical, and family-centered approach to service delivery
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining quality of care
