Global Infrastructure Solutions - Senior Infrastructure Investment Professional - Vice President

Responsibilities

• Deal origination: Source attractive investment opportunities, with a focus on European transactions, through building and maintaining strong relationships with fund sponsors and intermediaries
• Deal underwriting and project management: Lead the evaluation of transactions, including overseeing the development of complex financial models and analyses, managing workstreams and deal team members, and presenting investment recommendations for approval
• Deal structuring and execution: Negotiate and structure transactions, including coordination of financing, structuring, tax and legal due diligence workstreams
• Portfolio monitoring and management: Monitor and manage existing investments, cover GP relationships, and prepare materials for performance review meetings
• Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
• Relevant Experience : 5+ years of infrastructure investment experience, with a strong preference for candidates with secondaries underwriting experience (GP-led and LP-led transactions) or principal investing experience
• Tools: Expert in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and a range of AI models (Copilot, ChatGPT, Tolt etc.)
• Interpersonal Skills: Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with experience coaching and developing deal teams
• Language: Fluency in English with professional competency in other language(s) desirable
• Education: Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
