Patient Services Executive - Healthcare Operations Coordinator #HDC

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient registration and appointment scheduling
• Manage appointment bookings and follow-up arrangements
• Provide frontline support by handling enquiries via phone and in person
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain patient records within the system
• Assist with cashiering and financial counselling matters where required
• Support healthcare professionals with administrative and basic patient care duties when needed
• Ensure a seamless and positive patient experience throughout their visit
• Carry out other administrative and operational duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O Levels, GCE A Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Passionate about the healthcare industry and delivering quality patient service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications
• Meticulous, organized, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Training will be provided for successful candidates
• Able to commence work within a short notice period will be an advantage
