Atra equips rabbis with practical tools, adaptive strategies, and community support to meet the evolving needs of the Jewish world. Through cohort-based programs, learning initiatives, and field-building work, we help rabbis lead with vision, resilience, and impact. As an organization, we are in a period of growth and evolution, expanding our role not only as a provider of high-quality programs, but as a connector, convener, and catalyst within the broader rabbinic ecosystem. Our work increasingly integrates programs, partnerships, research, and innovation to support the field as a whole. Atra is fiscally sponsored by Hillel International. Our team is primarily based in the New York City area, with a hybrid work model that includes regular in-person collaboration and occasional travel. This role owns the delivery and participant experience of a diverse portfolio of work, including cohort-based programs, fellowships, convenings, working groups, and emerging initiatives. You will work closely with internal team members, facilitators, and partners to bring programs to life, translating program design into high-value, well-run experiences for participants.
