Requirements
- A strong background in Software Engineering and Integration Engineering.
- Hands-on experience experimenting with various AI tools and building out new, AI-driven workflows in production.
- Proven business understanding and experience working in a business-facing role.
- A solution-oriented and outcome-driven mindset, focused on solving problems rather than just pure engineering craftsmanship.
- A hands-on and curious nature, with an interest in learning and understanding complex business processes.
