Responsibilities
- Picking: Walk throughout the warehouse to locate and pick products based on order specifications. Utilize a manual pallet jack to transport picked items to the packing area.
- Package & Label: Securely package finished products, apply accurate labels per Bosch and customer requirements, and verify order accuracy prior to shipment.
- Inventory Tracking: Record material and component usage; notify supervisors of low stock levels or replenishment needs to avoid production delays.

- Attendance & Flexibility: Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality; weekend work and overtime may be required as needed to meet customer and business demands.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior manufacturing, assembly, or packaging experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions, diagrams, and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Basic computer and inventory tracking knowledge a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

- The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is hourly $18.37 - $21.54. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
