We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our Workers' Compensation Nominal Insurer team. Your new role Manage a portfolio of workers' compensation claims within the Nominal Insurer scheme, ensuring timely, compliant, and effective outcomes for injured workers and employers. Apply your knowledge of the workers' compensation legislation and guidelines to assess liability, coordinate treatment, and support safe, sustainable return to work outcomes. Work collaboratively with employers, injured workers, treating practitioners, rehabilitation providers, and internal stakeholders to drive proactive and customer focused claims management. Maintain accurate and compliant claim documentation in line with regulatory, contractual, and audit requirements. Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. Work within a supportive, purpose driven team environment that values collaboration, capability development, and high quality customer outcomes. About you Previous experience in workers' compensation claims management with a sound understanding of legislation and statutory claims processes. Strong influencing and relationship building skills, supported by clear, confident written and verbal communication. A customer centric mindset, focused on achieving positive outcomes for injured workers, employers, and stakeholders. Demonstrated resilience and sound judgement when managing complex, sensitive, or high pressure claims scenarios. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment. A proactive, growth focused attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute within a collaborative team setting.
