About the role
Merkle Science is seeking a Crypto Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who already has experience working in the crypto, blockchain, digital assets, or Web3 industry and wants to help drive marketing programs for one of the leading providers of crypto risk, compliance, and investigation solutions. You ll work closely with our product, marketing, sales, and events teams to execute campaigns, support lead generation initiatives, manage marketing operations, and help grow awareness of Merkle Science across the digital asset ecosystem. Our clients include cryptocurrency businesses, financial institutions, government agencies, regulators, and law enforcement organizations around the world. What You ll Do - Manage and maintain HubSpot, including CRM organization, contact segmentation, workflows, campaign execution, and reporting - Build and execute email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing programs - Support demand generation initiatives across webinars, events, partnerships, content marketing, and digital channels - Assist with product marketing activities, including product launches, customer communications, sales enablement materials, and messaging - Coordinate with product, marketing, sales, and events teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns - Track campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve results - Support conference, webinar, and event marketing initiatives throughout the year - Help maintain marketing assets, landing pages, campaign materials, and lead generation programs Requirements - Prior marketing experience within crypto, blockchain, digital assets, or Web3 (required) - Native English speaker - Based in the United States (ideally East Coast) - Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot - Experience executing email marketing and lead generation campaigns - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment Location Remote (United States) While this is a remote role, candidates should be comfortable traveling several times per year for events/conferences.
