Responsibilities

Requirements
- Required
- 3+ years of UX design experience with strong knowledge of mobile and web-based applications
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional interaction and visual design skills
- Proven ability to own projects from beginning to end
- Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices
- Working knowledge of UX research methodologies
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced agile environment
- Preferred
- Experience launching multiple successful products
- Knowledge of Atomic Design principles
- Experience applying User-Centered Design methodologies
- Background in designing complex workflows and systems
- Experience with design thinking facilitation
