Permanent, Part-Time (3 days per week) If you are looking to take step into academia or a step back from industry, this position is for you. We are seeking a part-time Education Advisor (any 3 days per week) for the Allied Health Education team. This position works to advise and guide our VET students, answering any counselling industry inquiries. The role also involves assessing student produced work and providing detailed, timely feedback. Reporting to the Training Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Student Support: Provide academic guidance to students by responding to education and study enquiries and supporting learners via the Study Assistance phone line and email. Assessment & Quality Assurance: Assess written workbooks and course practice items within required timeframes and benchmark standards, while participating in moderation, validation and joint assessment activities. Professional Development & Collaboration: Contribute to training material development, participate in team meetings, and maintain industry currency to support high-quality program delivery. Learning Resources & Team Support: Contribute to the development and review of training materials, support new team members, and assist with initiatives that enhance the student learning experience. Must hold a Diploma or higher in Allied Health Services (degree level qualifications in Allied Health services or a related field are preferable) Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or willingness to obtain - costs covered by AIPC) A minimum 2 years of recent Allied Health experience (voluntary or paid) $79,267.12 base + super (pro-rata) WWCC employee or state equivalent Why Join AIPC?
