You assist with preparation, coordinate stations when needed and ensure hygiene and food safety standards are respected. During busy service hours, you stay focused and organized. You understand kitchen routines and can work independently when required. This is not a beginner position. It carries structure and expectations. That said - you will spend your season in Greece, working in a resort environment that combines professional standards with a very different atmosphere than a traditional city kitchen. You will work 5-6 days per week. You will live on-site. You will support and represent the culinary structure of the hotel.
