Role & Responsibilities Creative Direction & Conceptual Leadership Lead the development of visual concepts, campaign territories, and creative systems across integrated brand and digital experiences. Translate strategic and creative briefs into compelling visual narratives and scalable campaign thinking. Shape and elevate creative work across social, branding, content, motion, digital, and experiential touchpoints. Bring fresh perspectives, cultural relevance, and contemporary creative thinking into every stage of the process. Present and defend creative rationale confidently to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Team Leadership & Collaboration Provide creative leadership and mentorship across designers and broader creative teams. Partner closely with Creative Directors, Strategists, Copywriters, Motion Designers, Producers, and Client teams. Help create an environment that encourages experimentation, collaboration, and creative excellence. Guide teams through fast-moving workflows while maintaining clarity, momentum, and high standards. Craft & Execution Maintain exceptional standards across typography, layout, composition, imagery, motion awareness, and storytelling. Oversee creative consistency and quality across multiple formats, channels, and regional adaptations. Ensure ideas are scalable, production-aware, and aligned with brand systems and platform best practices. Champion the thoughtful integration of AI-powered creative tools into concepting, design development, workflow efficiencies, and creative operations. Apply critical and strategic thinking when evaluating AI-assisted outputs, emerging technologies, and evolving creative workflows. Contribute hands-on to concept development, visual exploration, presentations, and key executions where needed. Systems, Process & Innovation Identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems, and creative scalability across projects and teams. Help shape best practices around modern creative production and distributed collaboration. Explore emerging technologies and evolving workflows that improve both creative quality and operational efficiency. Balance creativity, speed, and operational efficiency within high-volume environments.
