At Junior Adventures Group (JAG), we're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Club Manager to lead one of our thriving Breakfast & After School Clubs. This is an exciting opportunity to take your first step into management or build on your existing leadership experience while making a genuine difference in children's lives every day. You'll be responsible for creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where children can play, learn, and grow through a variety of activities including sports, games, arts & crafts, and structured play. 🕒 Working Hours Monday to Friday Breakfast Club 07:30 - 09:00 After School Club 15:00 - 18:00 Total contracted hours: 22.5 per week This role operates on a split-shift basis , providing flexibility during the middle of the day for study, hobbies, family commitments, or personal time. There will also be opportunities to increase your hours through Holiday Clubs 🚀 About the Role As a Club Manager, you'll be the heart of your setting, leading a small team to deliver exceptional childcare experiences for children aged 4-11 years. You'll build strong relationships with families, school staff, and colleagues while ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and activity delivery.
