The Cultivation Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their designated growing area and performing all the tasks in the growing process. This position will report to the Cultivation Supervisor. Duties and Responsibilities Ensure safe work conditions and practices within the greenhouse by supporting adherence to company Safety, Health and Environmental policies Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for Good Production Practices (GPP) and GMP Provide guidance to cultivation technician in the proper maintenance and care of mothers, propagations, young plants and flowering crops. Ensure that all employees receive proper training for the task at hand and the tasks are being completed according to the SOP's. Delegate and supervise activities of cultivation team Help to ensure that the security measures are maintained Regularly communicate with management on updates, problems, or comments
