Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth, develop winning strategies, and actively participate in the proposal and bid process to secure new urban transport projects. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Chartered Engineer (CEng) with Engineers Ireland or equivalent recognised professional body. Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, roads, or transport infrastructure. Proven track record of successfully delivering infrastructure projects. Strong business development skills with a history of winning and developing design and engineering work. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Financial acumen and experience in project budget management.
