Requirements

• Strong client facing skills demonstrated in excellent verbal and written communications
• Superior problem-solving and analysis skills
• Desire to work directly with clients building relationships
• Ability to take initiative and handle increasing responsibility and autonomy over time
• Advantageous and Preferred:
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service and/or technology field.
• Familiarity with SQL

• Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
• Illinois: The expected base salary for the position is between 70000 USD to 80000 USD.
• In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company's discretion.
