About the role
We're looking for a Brand Activation Executive to be the person on the ground who makes our presence happen. You'll be the main coordinator for every consumer and trade activation we run, from large public events to quiet, well-judged moments inside the right bars. You'll handle the logistics, the manpower and the problem-solving that turns a plan into a smooth event, and you'll carry the brand the way we'd carry it ourselves. Responsibilities
- Events and activations
- Act as the lead coordinator and on-site point of contact for consumer and trade events, fairs and tradeshows
- Plan and run each activation end to end: logistics, equipment, stock, set-up and teardown
- Coordinate and brief event manpower, including part-time and casual staff, and manage them on the day
- Anticipate problems and solve them on the spot so activations run smoothly regardless of what changes
- Trade activations
- Support brand-appropriate activations inside partner bars and venues to build familiarity with Distillius products
- Educate venue teams on our products, serves and story so they can represent us accurately
- Work within the boundaries of our distributor relationship: this is brand presence, advocacy and education, not sales, ordering or pricing, which sit with our distributor
- Brand ambassadorship
- Represent Distillius in line with our brand guidelines at every touchpoint
- Communicate the equatorial positioning and the Singapore-made story consistently and credibly
- Be a confident, articulate face of the brand to consumers, trade partners and event audiences
- Coordination and reporting
- Work closely with the Business Director and Head Distiller to align on activation plans
- Manage activation calendars, stock allocations and logistics ahead of each event
- Report back on how activations went and feed learnings into future planning
Requirements
- Experience in events, brand activation, trade marketing or F&B/hospitality operations
- Strong organisation and logistics skills, with the ability to juggle several moving parts at once
- Calm, resourceful problem-solver who stays composed when plans shift mid-event
- Confident, personable communicator comfortable representing a brand in front of consumers and trade
- Genuine interest in spirits, craft beverages or hospitality
- Willing and able to work evenings and weekends, since events and bar activations often fall outside office hours
- Own transport (or comfortable arranging it) is a strong advantage given event load-in and equipment
- Able to lift and move event equipment and stock as needed
- Existing relationships within the Singapore bar and F&B trade
- Familiarity with the local spirits or aperitif scene
- Experience working behind a bar, with a working understanding of bar service and product serves
