Job Description The Agile Delivery Lead is responsible for driving enterprise-level Agile adoption and ensuring consistent, high-value delivery across teams within ISG. This role leads Agile transformation initiatives, embeds Agile practices at scale, and enables teams and leaders to deliver outcomes with speed, predictability, and quality. Acting as a senior coach and delivery partner, the Agile Delivery Lead facilitates Agile ceremonies, removes systemic impediments, tracks delivery performance through Agile metrics, and continuously improves team maturity. The role partners closely with leadership and stakeholders to reinforce Agile principles, guide change, and build a collaborative, high-performing delivery culture across multiple Agile teams.
