Responsibilities Assist customers in Nordic languages and English with inquiries related to our iGaming products and services. Provide detailed information about games, promotions, and account management. Troubleshoot customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a smooth gaming experience. Engage with customers through various channels, including email, chat, and phone. Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and improve customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions and feedback to aid the continuous improvement of our offerings. Stay informed on the latest iGaming trends and updates to provide knowledgeable support. Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish , Norwegian , Finnish , or Danish ) and English is essential. Experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the iGaming or entertainment industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for the gaming industry.
