WW Stores Finance seeks a Finance Manager to plan, report, and provide insightful analysis on Free Cash Flow and Working Capital for the entire WW Stores business. This is a highly visible role that guides decision-making and provides insights to Stores' Senior Leadership. You will partner with multiple teams across WW Stores, as well as Finance teams in other organizations, to gather insights, build mechanisms and tools to surface key analytics, and dive deep into large sets of data. This role requires a self-starter who insists on the highest standards with a keen attention to detail, a track record of influencing business partners with data-driven decision making, and the ability to move fast. Communication (written and verbal) and collaboration are key, as the individual will interact with numerous functions and teams within Amazon. In addition to reporting on business results and long-term planning, this role provides an opportunity to partner with financial systems and other teams on data-driven projects driving product enhancements and financial insights for senior leadership. Key job responsibilities - Use your strong communication skills to write insightful reports to explain monthly, quarterly, and annual variances between actuals and plan. - Deep dive on data to provide new insights to guide leadership decision making. Build and maintain financial models for monthly results, quarterly forecasts, annual plans, and KPIs. Use financial systems and advanced MS Excel functions to work with large data sets. - Collaborate across multiple teams and business partners to deeply understand business drivers behind the financials and improve forecast accuracy. - Identify and drive process improvements that will ensure you deliver results. Implement solutions to resolve, improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance processes. Drive process standardization across other teams, prioritizing improvements that increase the reliability and efficiency of reporting. - Prioritize your work, resolve issues, and meet deadlines, while seeking support and feedback from your manager when you hit roadblocks. - Drive your self-development: seek opportunities to expand finance expertise. - Educate others across the business as a subject matter expert in Free Cash Flow and Working Capital.
