Our Melbourne Corporate Advisory team is growing. We are looking for an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions lawyer to join us. You will work side by side with market-leading partners on landmark transactions in a dynamic, progressive and collegiate environment. From day one, you will be trusted with real responsibility and supported by a team committed to your development and success. Our team In the past 18 months, our Melbourne Corporate Advisory team has advised on some of Australia's highest-profile transactions across a wide range of sectors, including technology, healthcare and life sciences, consumer, energy, infrastructure and financial services. Our clients include leading global and domestic private equity firms and ASX-listed corporates. What you bring Significant experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions Motivation to work on complex matters at the top of the market Strong drafting, analytical and client advisory skills Technical excellence with a practical, commercial mindset A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering outstanding client outcomes Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members
