The Opportunity Are you passionate about building exceptional contractor experiences and creating scalable workforce solutions? We are looking for a Contractor & Staff Augmentation Practice Lead to establish and lead a newly created capability within our growing global Staff Augmentation business. In this role, you will own and shape the Contractor Care function, creating the frameworks, processes and partnerships that drive contractor engagement, retention and redeployment. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Sales and Delivery teams to build a scalable practice that supports both business growth and outstanding contractor experiences. What you will be doing: Lead the Contractor Care function, including strategy, governance and operating model. Design and improve contractor lifecycle programs covering onboarding, engagement, retention and offboarding. Build scalable frameworks, processes and playbooks to support growth. Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, Sales and Delivery teams to create a seamless contractor experience. Act as the key point of contact for contractor support and escalations. Monitor engagement, utilisation, tenure and redeployment opportunities. Drive initiatives that improve contractor satisfaction, retention and performance. Establish reporting and insights to support workforce and commercial decisions. What you bring: 3+ years experience in contractor management, staff augmentation, workforce solutions or a similar environment. Experience building or improving functions, programs or processes. Strong stakeholder management skills across people, operational and commercial teams. Experience managing contractor onboarding, engagement, performance and offboarding. Commercial awareness and an understanding of utilisation, workforce planning and client outcomes. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience within IT services, consulting or managed services environments, and exposure to Australian and offshore contractor models, will be highly regarded.
