Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality, hands-on customer support: you ensure customer satisfaction and deliver fast, effective, and efficient support
  • Handling escalated customer cases and ensuring they remain within agreed resolution times, for example by ensuring that calls are answered
  • Serving as the first point of contact for incoming questions and escalating issues to the appropriate stakeholders (such as Customer Success Management, Consultancy, Development, etc.)
