- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues related to sales orders and deal approvals promptly.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all sales operations activities.
- RFP & VRA Ownership: Coordinate, complete, and submit Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Vendor Risk Assessments (VRAs) to clear compliance hurdles for the EMEA region.
- Interdepartmental Liaison: Serve as connective tissue between EMEA Sales, Global Finance and Legal.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Order Management, or Deal Desk roles.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Quote-to-Cash and other relevant sales and AI tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- In accordance with various State's transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:
- Base salary range: EUR 70K- EUR 90K annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.
