Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Translate product business requirements into marketing goals - with an emphasis on pipeline creation - in partnership with Marketing Operations, Product Marketing and channel teams (events, digital, social, etc.)

Requirements

  • Required
  • 6-10+ years of performance marketing experience
  • Proven experience leading multi-channel marketing programs
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into insights and action
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and/or Product teams
  • Exceptional project management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional influence skills across business and marketing leaders
  • Experience working in medium-sized or high-growth companies and/or digital marketing agencies
  • Preferred
  • Experience using and/ or developing and executing go-to-market strategies for AI-enabled products
  • Experience in similar categories of Talent Management/ Learning space
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus)
