About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute complex industrial projects within the water treatment and construction environment. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of projects from initial definition through to commissioning and start-up, maintaining a strong focus on scope, schedule, budget, and quality. How you'll make an impact: Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment,identifyingschedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met Establish andmaintainrelationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes Establish andmaintainprocesses for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performancestandardsand assessing risks Develop andmaintainpartnerships with third-party resources, including vendors andconsultants, as well as erection and safety coordinators. Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables Report project outcomes and/or risks to theappropriate managementchannels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan Track andmonitorperformance of Projects in execution, assuring adherence to KPIsas time,qualityand cost Assure correct handover of information to MO Team Qualifications: Education:Mechanical / Civil/ChemicalEngineeringMasterDegree More than 10years experienceinmanaging project Erection,Construction,Commissioningand start-up. Proven experience in managing project that involvescivil works Proven experience managing,reviewingandvalidating mainEngineering documentsnecessary to develop water treatment plantssuch as P&ID, PFD, mass balance, Piping Drawings, Isometrics,wiring diagram, Logic Diagram, Control Narrative Proven experience managing and coordinating work groups andresources.
