- Provide consultative leadership to Boards regarding governance, operations, budgeting, reserve planning, and community objectives

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing a team of Community Managers and support staff while ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, and strong client retention. The Regional Director serves as a strategic partner to Boards of Directors, providing operational guidance, leadership development, financial oversight, and consultative support to help communities achieve their goals. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven leader with strong condominium management experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams. This role requires someone who can balance client expectations, team development, operational performance, and strategic planning while maintaining the high standards associated with the RISE brand. This position is highly interactive and requires regular communication with clients, Board members, managers, and executive leadership.
