Job Responsibilities : Build strategic alliances by promoting new digital-payment and financial-automation solutions and maintaining critical payment channels to expand a high-value enterprise pipeline. This role supports 'New Business' - not merely lead generation, but the identification of untapped opportunities, the interpretation of nuanced enterprise client needs, and the design of tailored solutions while managing complex, multi-stakeholder project requirements. An established Fintech company is seeking a New Business Manager to grow the business through new strategic partnerships and managed payment channels. The successful candidate will identify, develop and secure constructive collaboration and payment channels that generate revenue and drive adoption, requiring a strong understanding of the payment industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across internal departments and external parties. Essential Duties - Business Partnership & Collaboration Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, onboard and manage partnerships (banks, payment gateways and other third-party service providers). Identify and prioritise partnership opportunities by revenue potential, market trends and alignment with company goals. Nurture key partnerships and conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, resolve issues and surface growth opportunities. Negotiate contract terms, manage ongoing relationships and ensure partner satisfaction. Create sales materials, presentations and marketing collateral to support partner and channel sales efforts, and equip partners with product/channel trend knowledge. Essential Duties - Project Management & Managerial Lead and coordinate complex projects from kick-off to completion, ensuring deliverables are met within timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams - user requirements, product design, legal, risk & compliance and operations - to ensure seamless execution. Provide leadership and guidance, fostering collaboration and synergy across teams. Essential Duties - Channel Expansion & Product Development Identify, evaluate and prioritise channel partners aligned to strategic objectives and market trends. Develop deep understanding of partner businesses, new products/features, target markets and value propositions. Negotiate commercial and contract terms and manage ongoing channel relationships. Build channel programmes and initiatives to drive payment-method engagement and sales growth; monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions. Pre-Requisites Minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent. At least 5 years of relevant work experience. Strong understanding of the payment industry, including payment products and services. Persuasive negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration. Analytical, strategic-thinking and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Required written and spoken language: English.
