Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: As a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, act as a reliable finance partner to senior leaders and provide cross-functional support to other team members.

  • Compliance & Governance: Review and approve spend requisitions, reconcile accounts, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and corporate policies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Sales, HR, and other teams to align financial objectives and enable seamless operations.
  • Executive Reporting: Create compelling reports and presentations ensuring clarity and strategic relevance.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously assess and implement improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably within a complex or global organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and tools, familiarity with NetSuite or Workday Adaptive Planning is a bonus.
  • Adapt and pivot with ease as priorities change.
  • Enjoy working both independently and collaboratively in a busy environment.
