Freelance / Contract Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance company slides, pitch decks, sales proposals, and marketing presentations to effectively communicate Solidheat's brand value, solutions, and product offerings.
• Support account management activities by maintaining regular communication with customers, coordinating follow-ups, assisting with enquiries, and ensuring timely execution of customer-related initiatives.
• Assist in preparing customer-specific presentation materials, proposal documents, and marketing collateral to support business development and key account growth.
• Develop and maintain company profiles, product catalogues, brochures, and other marketing materials while ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
• Manage and grow Solidheat's LinkedIn company page by creating and publishing engaging content that increases brand visibility, audience engagement, and market awareness.
• Propose and implement content ideas aligned with company activities, customer success stories, exhibitions, projects, and industry trends to support strategic marketing objectives.
• Review and improve the existing company website by updating content, images, and structure to maintain a professional, user-friendly, and cohesive brand presence.
• Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and web developers to support website redevelopment, maintenance, and other marketing-related projects.
• Support overall brand development initiatives by organising, maintaining, and updating marketing assets such as photographs, videos, brochures, case studies, and presentation materials.
• Track and maintain a database of customer references, project highlights, and marketing content that can be utilised for future promotional activities.
• Generate innovative ideas and marketing campaigns to strengthen Solidheat's market presence, improve customer engagement, and contribute to business growth.
• Assist with exhibition, event, and customer engagement activities, including preparation of marketing materials, coordination with stakeholders, and post-event follow-up activities.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in marketing, branding, and content creation are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools to create visually compelling marketing materials and presentations.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, social media management, and content creation to effectively engage target audiences and enhance brand visibility.
• Basic understanding of website management platforms (e.g. WordPress, Webflow, Wix, or similar) to support website content updates and maintenance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and branding consistency.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently in a flexible working environment.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and translate them into actionable initiatives.
• Singapore-based candidates are preferred
