Responsibilities
- Clinical Responsibilities Include:
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our OTP program.
- Work in person at our Cumberland, MD location.
- Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment
- Design and deliver engaging psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care
- Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning
- Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate
- Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance and successful program completion
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely

- Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment
- Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Active independent licensure:
- LGSW, LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC
- Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care
- EMDR experience is highly preferred
- Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth
- The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adolescents and adults.

- Compensation & Schedule
- Salary Range: The pay for this position is up to $100,000 annually
- Incentive Compensation:
- This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation tied to clinical participation and engagement. Therapists earn additional compensation for each participant in their assigned therapy groups and individual sessions.
- Total Compensation:
- With consistent census and strong clinical outcomes, total annual compensation is expected to range from $70,000-$100,000, with the potential for high performers to earn more based on engagement.
