  • Essential Experience
  • Senior commercial leadership experience at Director level or equivalent.
  • Proven success delivering significant revenue growth within complex or multi-business organisations.
  • Strong background within energy, utilities, infrastructure, renewables or regulated industries.
  • Excellent understanding of commercial strategy, pricing, revenue management and market dynamics.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing commercial and sales teams.
  • Demonstrable experience supporting strategic growth initiatives, acquisitions or investment opportunities.
