Sales Advisor - Telematics (Mandarin Speaker)

About the role

Due to continued business growth, Radius is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Sales Advisor (Telematics) to join our Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with Mandarin-speaking customers and driving sales growth within the telematics business. In this role, you will be selling Telematics technology and fleet management into the Malaysia market and will enjoy a varied role with fantastic opportunities to progress and develop your career. Identify, acquire, and manage new clients within the telematics. Maintain and grow existing client relationships to generate additional revenue. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing telematics solutions and their benefits. Work closely with Operations and Post-Sales teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction. Drive sales performance by achieving targets, KPIs, and revenue goals. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging telematics technologies. Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Maintain accurate client records and manage the sales pipeline using CRM systems. Previous experience working in a telesales role. Self-motivated and self-disciplined to follow the daily target driven structure (including good timekeeping). First-rate communications skills; demonstrating confidence. Ability to work successfully as part of a team. Ability to listen and articulate in all communication. Adapt well to a changing environment. What can you expect of us?
