Sr Technical Program Manager - Prime Video, AI Automation

About the role

The core TPM team is responsible for running large initiatives across Prime Video to improve existing or build brand new experiences to help Amazon customers discover great content and get personalized recommendations on our apps on a verity of surfaces (e.g. Web, iOS/Android, FireTV, Living Room devices).

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
• Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
• Experience work

You will own the end to end planning, execution and launch of a transformation program that spans all teams within Prime Video. You will work on large scale engineering efforts that solve significantly complex problems facing global customers. You will be trusted to operate with complete independence and are often assigned to focus on areas where the business and/or architectural strategy has not yet been defined. You must be equally comfortable digging in to business requirements as you are drilling into design with development with teams. This program is high visibility and you will be influencing leaders at all levels.
