About the role

Job Summary : Location: Pioneer Salary: Up $3,800 Working Days: 5.5 days per week Work Schedule: Morning Shift: Mon-Fri 7:30am-3:30pm, Sat till the task is completed for the day Afternoon Shift: Mon-Fri 3:30pm until task completion, Sat OFF, Sun until task completion

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of deliveries (inbound & outbound)
• Manage and lead a team of prime mover drivers
• Assign jobs via PSA Haulier Community System
• Monitor driver movements using Matrix Net GPS Tracking System
• Handle documentation through PSA Portnet & CDAS CMS online
• Coordinate closely with customer service and operations team
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health requirements
• Uphold ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301 standards

Requirements

• 4-5 years experience in traffic control / transport coordination
• Knowledge of PSA Portnet & Haulier Community System (advantage)
• Team player, proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented
• Familiar with Singapore roads to assign jobs for drivers
