Digital Business Analyst - Drive Transformation & System Innovation #HDC

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into effective system and process solutions.
• Document business workflows, functional requirements, user stories, process maps, and system specifications with clarity and accuracy.
• Support system administration activities, including user access management, workflow configuration, and onboarding processes.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data insights to support operational decision-making and performance tracking.
• Act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and enhancements.
• Participate in solution evaluations, proof-of-concept exercises, and digital innovation initiatives to identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
• Support user adoption through training, documentation, and change management activities.
• Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise and government-related technology platforms.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in business analysis, systems support, IT operations, digital transformation, or related functions.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, business documentation, or reporting tools will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications, workflow systems, or digital platforms is an added advantage.
• Comfortable working with both business stakeholders and technical teams in a collaborative environment.
